Fees and Payments
Veterinary health care costs are rising right along with other health care costs. We make every effort to control cost while at the same time maintain a level of care that is worthy of your approval and satisfation. One of the ways we accomplish this is by requesting payment at the time of service or products are recieved. This controls cost and elevates our level of care because we can devote staff members to serving you and your pet rather than performing billing procedures. We gladly accept cash, checks (with proper I.D.), Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, Discover, and American Express to facilitate adherence to this policy.
We will always provide you with a cost estimate prior to starting treatment on your pet. Sometimes, additional costs may arise from unexpected complications. In these cases we will alert you as soon as possible. We encourage you to ask for treatment costs at anytime. Payment in full is due at the time services are preformed (no exceptions). There is also a deposit required on all emergency cases. The amount of the deposit for emergencies will depend on the severity.
